SASHA STOPPI
Fibers and Fashion student in my Junior year at Savannah College of Art & Design
(SCAD BFA Fibers & Fashion Minor 2027).
Artist, Designer, Entrepreneur and Advocate. Playful creator of joyful wearable soft sculptures, bright textile surface designs, award-winning 3D weavings and soft toys.
I'm a 20 year old Chinese Jamaican American, born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida. Creating, to me, is when I feel perfectly comfortable with reality.
At New World School of the Arts in Miami, I was honored to be chosen as the "Best Interdisciplinary Artist" in my graduating class. While there, I also interned at Dadimo Design, where I crafted under the former Design Director for United Colors of Benetton Kids, Italy. It was then that I started my own brand, NoodlePudding soft sculptures and digital character designs.
Founder of Pudding Buddies - An Advocacy Story
Pudding Buddies is a line of soft toys I designed as sensory tools for neurodivergent kids. My innovative business pitch earned first place among over 23,000 applicants in the SouthEast Regional National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) Youth Challenge.
With the invaluable support of NFTE and The Hunter Watson Fund, offering me combined awards and grants totaling over $10,000, I successfully completed my first mass production toy run. I am so proud to bring these comforting toys to market to reach the children who need them most.
